An NGO that operates 32 dialysis centres that provide dialysis treatments to patients nationwide, with is now seeking committed and service-oriented personnel to fill the following.

1. BRANDING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Responsibilities:-

  • Brand Governance & Quality Control – Safeguard and maintain the organisation’s brand identity across all platforms and materials. Develop and enforce branding and communication guidelines across departments. Review and approve communication materials to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and design. Monitor the use of the organisation’s brand by internal teams and external partners. Deliverables include brand guideline manual, standardised communication templates, and brand compliance monitoring.
  • Communications Strategy – Develop and implement annual branding and communications strategies aligned with organisational priorities. Coordinate messaging for organisational campaigns, programmes, and announcements. Ensure consistent storytelling across all communication platforms. Deliverables include annual communications plan, campaign communication plans, and messaging framework for organisational initiatives.
  • Content & Editorial Management – Oversee the development of high-quality written and visual content. Manage editorial calendars for publications, digital platforms, and campaigns. Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the organisation’s mission. Deliverables include website content updates, social media content calendar, feature stories and patient stories, and campaign content packages including articles, visuals, and videos.
  • Media & Public Relations – Build and maintain relationships with media organisations and journalists. Coordinate press releases, media interviews, and press briefings. Manage responses to media enquiries and ensure accurate representation of the organisation. Deliverables include press releases and media statements, media engagement activities, and media coverage reports.
  • Digital Communications – Oversee the organisation’s digital presence including website and social media platforms. Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity across digital channels. Monitor analytics and engagement performance. Deliverables include website updates and improvements, social media campaigns, and monthly digital performance reports.
  • Campaigns & Public Awareness – Lead branding and communications for public awareness campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and community engagement programmes. Coordinate communication support for events and organisational activities. Deliverables include campaign communication materials, event publicity materials, and public awareness messaging.
  • Publications & Corporate Materials – Oversee production of key organisational publications and printed materials. Ensure all publications meet organisational quality standards. Deliverables include annual report, e-bulletins or newsletters, corporate brochures and information materials, and educational publications.
  • Department Management & Operations – Manage the day-to-day operations of the Branding & Communications Department. Plan, assign, and monitor; Ensure communication outputs are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Manage vendor relationships including designers, printers, videographers, and media agencies. Coordinate with internal departments to support communication needs. Operational deliverables include annual department workplan, monthly task tracking and reporting, vendor and production coordination, and internal communication workflow management.
  • Governance & Communication Oversight – Provide communication guidance and advisory support to internal departments. Ensure all organisational communication materials comply with branding and messaging standards. Support crisis communication and reputation management when required. Deliverables include communication review and approval processes, organisational messaging guidelines, and crisis communication support.

Requirements:-

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field with a minimum of 5–7 years of experience in branding, communications, or public relations.
  • Experience in NGO, healthcare, or non-profit organisations is an advantage.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. BRANDING & COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:-

  • Content Development – Assist in creating and preparing written and visual content for the organisation’s communication platforms including website, social media, newsletters, and campaign materials. Support the drafting of articles, patient stories, announcements, and promotional materials. Ensure content aligns with organisational messaging and branding guidelines. Deliverables include social media posts, website updates, short articles, and campaign support materials.
  • Digital & Social Media Support – Support the management of the organisation’s social media platforms by preparing posts, scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to basic enquiries where appropriate. Assist in tracking digital engagement and compiling performance data. Deliverables include social media content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and basic analytics reporting.
  • Campaign & Event Communications – Provide support for campaigns, awareness programmes, fundraising activities, and events. Assist in preparing promotional materials, publicity content, and event communication assets. Deliverables include event publicity content, campaign visuals, and communication materials supporting outreach activities.
  • Publications & Materials Preparation – Assist in the preparation and coordination of organisational publications such as newsletters, Annual report, brochures, educational materials, and reports. Work with designers and vendors to ensure materials are prepared according to brand standards. Deliverables include draft publication content, layout coordination with designers, and proofreading of communication materials.
  • Content Coordination & Internal Support – Coordinate communication requests from internal departments and assist in preparing content required for programmes and activities. Ensure that materials submitted follow organisational templates and branding guidelines before submission for approval. Deliverables include coordinated communication materials and draft content for internal departments.

Requirements:-

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, media, or content development
  • Experience in NGO or community-related work is an advantage

3. KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (FUNDRAISING)

Responsibilities:-

  • Work closely with the Program Manager to support donor recruitment and fundraising initiatives
  • Generate revenue through multiple fundraising channels such as partnerships, events, merchandise, and campaigns.
  • Identify, develop, and expand new fundraising streams to support long-term sustainability
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders including GLCs, corporate partners, educational institutions, financial institutions, Islamic institutions, and community fundraisers
  • Focus on donor retention, account development, and long-term engagement
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of fundraising activities and partnerships.

Requirements:-

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, Fundraising, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders effectively
  • Interest in fundraising, partnerships, and community engagement
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving

5. REGISTERED STAFF NURSE

Responsibilities:-

  • To provide high standard of nursing care to all renal patients

Requirements:-

  • SRN Certificate/MA board
  • 5 years nursing experience
  • Must be prepared to work on shift
  • Experience in haemodialysis will be an added advantage

4. CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR / TUTOR (BASED AT HQ)

Responsibilities:-

  • To plan, coordinate & implement 2 programmes a year i.e. Post Basic Nursing and Dialysis Assistant course
  • Responsible to guide the students in all procedures in haemodialysis nursing according to NKF’s standard Operating Procedures
  • To be an active part of the core teaching team responsible for the overall academic performance
  • Responsible for monitoring student’s performance in theory and clinical experience as needed for both the courses
  • To train students to be a safe and effective health care practitioner as part of the renal team
  • To deliver lectures, tutorials and facilitate students’ project presentations.

Requirements:-

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Registered Nurse with Diploma or Degree in Nursing
  • Posses with renal post basic qualifications with at least 5 years working experience in dialysis
  • Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Posses own transport and able to travel
