An NGO that operates 20 dialysis centres that provide dialysis treatments to 1000 patients nationwide, with over 230 staff is now seeking committed and service-oriented personnel to fill the following. 

1.  RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (Based at HQ)

    Responsibilities:-

  • Develop CRM plans with the ultimate goal to build long term relationships with partners, donors and sponsors and enhance retention.
  • Build and deepen relationship with all partners, donors and sponsors to achieve committed target and fulfillment of their needs and objectives.
  • Expand on new partners, donors and sponsors base through referrals or personalized/advisory services.
  • Achieve excellent service measured by partners, donors and sponsors’ satisfaction and feedback at all time.

    Requirements:-

  • Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in related field.
  • Proven track record in managing donor/sponsorship programs.
  • Excellent leadership & organizational skills.
  • Strong problem solving & decision making skills.
  • Mature, confident with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).

 2.  Head, NKF Training Centre (Based at HQ)

    Responsibilities:-

  • Overall responsible for the efficient day to day operations of NKF’s Training Centre.
  • Oversee the development of syllabus and training materials for Post Basic Renal Course & Dialysis Assistant Course.
  • Secure approvals of relevant authorities e.g. MOHE, MQA, MOH, MBPJ & etc.
  • Develop & implement marketing strategies for Post Basic Renal Course & Dialysis Assistant Course to achieve annual business targets.
  • Explore & establish strategic alliances with medical universities and colleges.

    Requirements:-

  • Master’s Degree in Management or related discipline.
  • At least 8 years working experience in related field.
  • Proven track record in managing training and education programs.
  • Excellent leadership & organizational skills.
  • Strong problem solving & decision making skills.
  • Mature, confident with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).

 3.  DIALYSIS MANAGER (Based at HQ)

  • Medical Assistant Diploma or SRN Diploma with Post Basic Renal Course Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
  • At least 8 years experience in the field of dialysis.
  • Resourceful, problem solving and good interpersonal skills with management experience.
  • Has basic computer application.
  • Age 32 and above.

4.  CLINICAL RISK MANAGER (CRM) (Based at HQ)

    Responsibilities:-

  • The Clinical Risk Manager (CRM) will be responsible for organizing, planning, ongoing development, direction, and implementation of the Clinical Risk Management Program under the direction of the Medical Director. The CRM will also coordinate and integrate the Clinical Risk Management Program across all NKF dialysis centres and with the medical staff.

    Requirements:-

  • Degree in nursing or other clinical background.
  • Experience in Risk Management or loss control experience.
  • 2-5 years experience in Clinical Healthcare Risk Management.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Risk Management processes.
  • Good organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

5.  TUTOR (BASED AT HQ)

    Responsibilities:-

  • To plan, coordinate & implement 2 programmes a year i.e. Post basic Haemodialysis Nursing and Dialysis Assistant course.
  • To give lectures and tutorials.
  • To organize Continuous Medical Education programmes.
  • Responsible for coordinating & implementing haemodialysis standard operating procedures.
  • To plan for physical & educational development.

    Requirements:-

  • Nursing Degree in education.
  • SRN/MA Diploma with Post Basic Renal Nursing Certificate with 5 years experience.

6.  CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR (Based at HQ)

    Responsibilities:-

  • To assist, coordinate & implement two programmes a year i.e. Post Basic Nursing and Dialysis Assistant course. 
  • To give lectures and tutorials.
  • To assist and organize Continuous Medical Education programmes.
  • Assist in coordinating & implementing haemodialysis standard procedures.

    Requirements:-

  • Preferably with Post Basic Renal Course with 5 years experience or
  • At least five years experience in Renal Nursing.

7.  SENIOR Project Executive (Based at HQ)

    Responsibilities:-

  • To plan and coordinate for the establishment of kidney resource centre and to oversee the operations of the centre.
  • To present health talks and provide health counselling.
  • To plan, coordinate and organize "open houses" at dialysis centres.

    Requirements:-

  • Degree in dietetic, renal related, with at least 3 years of working experience.
  • Good organizing and planning skills and able to work independently.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Own transport

8.  PROJECT EXEcutive (Based at HQ)

  • Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration.
  • Good organizing and planning skill on events.
  • Able to work independently and good networking with corporations.
  • Team player with good public relations.
  • Converse well in 3 basic languages.
  • Own transport.

9.  PUBLIC EDUCATION SERVICES EXECUTIVE (Based at HQ)

    Responsibilities:-

  • To market health screening and health talk services to private organizations, teaching organizations and NGOs.
  • To coordinate and organize public education activities such as health exhibitions, health screenings and health talks.

    Requirements:-

  • Degree in nursing or health science with working experience.
  • Experience in sales or marketing will be an advantage.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Own transport and must be prepared to travel in Klang Valley.

10.  Accounts Executive (Based at HQ)

  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • Two to five years working experience.
  • Computer literate.

11. PROJECT ASSISTANT (based at HQ)

  • Diploma/Certificate/SPM holders with working experience will be an advantage.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • To conduct simple health screening.
  • Job training will be provided.

12.  HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (Based at HQ)

    Responsibilities:-

  • Assist in recruiting and staffing logistics.
  • Assist in performance management and improvement tracking systems.
  • Assist in employee orientation, development and training logistics and record keeping.
  • Assist in compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping.
  • Assist in employee safety, welfare, wellness and health reporting and employee services.
  • Assist in maintaining employee files and the HR filing system.
  • Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.

    Requirements:-

  • Diploma in HR Management or related discipline.
  • 2 years working experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Possess own transport.

13.  ADMIN ASSISTANT (Based at HQ)

    Responsibilities:-

  • Filing of correspondence in/out
  • Setting up and maintenance of filing systems as and when required
  • Preparing document transmittal forms
  • Typing – Word skills for general preparation of letters/forms
  • Arrange meetings, book and prepare meeting rooms and provide/arrange hospitality
  • Assist in organising of Annual Dialysis Meetings
  • Co- ordinating with Private& other NGOs in applications of Haemodialysis courses

    Requirements:-

  • Minimum SPM
  • 2 years working experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
