HEPATITIS B VACCINATION FUND
 
The Hepatitis B Vaccination Fund was established in 1998 to assist deserving poor NKF patients who cannot afford to pay for their Hepatitis B Vaccination. In year 2006, 4 patients benefited from this.
 
NKF EPOETIN FUND
 
Implemented in 1999, the NKF Epoetin Fund’s objective is to financially assist deserving poor NKF patients with significant anaemia to obtain the necessary Epoetin treatment. The Fund subsidises the cost of one box per patient (6 injections) for those who qualify. In 2006, 98 patients benefited from this fund compared to 95 the previous year.
